Final Thoughts

I started framing houses 42 years ago, at age 15. I’ve had my hands in every aspect of residential construction, custom home building, and home remodeling, and I have fixed a lot of things that many others wouldn’t touch. I teach homeowners and DIYers how to properly stay ahead of major repairs, and save a lot of money, simply by showing you proper preventive maintenance procedures, and sharing personalized checklists specific to each home.

I also help other contractors establish a free online presence, while still getting in front of a targeted audience, and help them build a stable future for themselves, all without paying for any advertising. In my 17 years of being in business, I have never had to pay a dime for any advertising online. If you want to know how to do things the right way in life, you have to be willing to take the time to research everything you are doing if you want to do it right, and better than everyone else. Otherwise, you will suffer the consequences of making a lot of mistakes, in life and in business. I have done both in my lifetime, and I have learned a lot of the hard lessons, and now I have a lot of good information, and wisdom to share, to save people from the pain and suffering of making the mistakes that I have made.

The information I share online is for anyone who is willing to slow down in life, read what I write about, and pay attention and listen, because most of what I share is free, yet many still won’t open their ears, their eyes, their mind, or their heart, and truly absorb what I have to share, and I don’t really care about those people. I am here for those who take the time to FIND ME online, FOLLOW ME online, wherever I am, because I am all over the place, and I help those who choose to help themselves in life, as I have done for myself all my life, and I have one person to thank for where I am in life, and that is ME.

The most important step I learned, and one of the very first steps to learn if you want to be something in life, is to start by believing in yourself, and just know that you are capable of anything you set your mind to in life.
