From Job Sites to Websites

From Job Sites to Websites

After 42 years in the trades, I’m still helping people — just with different tools.

I spent most of my life working with my hands. From new builds and full remodels to handyman jobs and emergency repairs, I’ve seen just about everything a homeowner can run into — and I’ve been the guy they called to fix it.

For over 17 years, I ran Handyman Services & Odd Jobs, LLC, and I’m proud of the reputation I built with zero complaints and hundreds of happy customers. But after decades of physical labor, I decided it was time to hang up the tool belt and start using what I know in a new way — online.

Why I Made the Switch

I still love helping people, but let’s be honest — climbing ladders and lifting toilets every day gets old, especially when your back’s barking louder than a hound dog at 6 a.m.

So now I’m building digital tools, resources, and websites to help homeowners and contractors solve problems, learn new skills, and grow online — without breaking their backs.

Helping Contractors Go Digital

One of the easiest ways to stand out in today’s world is to get your business listed properly online — and a surprising number of contractors still haven’t done it.

I help local service pros set up their:

  • Google Maps / Google Business Profile
  • Bing Places for Business
  • Yelp for Business
  • Apple Business Connect
  • Yahoo Local
  • MapQuest
I charged $250 per setup to a contractor named Mike at A & M Glass Specialists, and he’s been getting steady leads ever since.

If you’re a contractor who needs help getting online, click here to contact me and let’s get it done.

Final Thoughts

This is just the beginning of the next chapter. I’m still helping people solve problems — just not one leaky faucet at a time. Now I’m building content, tools, and communities that can help thousands.

If I can do it, you sure as hell can too.
